Corn

We have long grown field corn and sweet corn, but in 2014 we began to experiment with small quantities of heirloom flint and dent corns.

2015 corn varieties include field corn (PuraMaize, a variety which rejects GMO pollen), Floriani Red Flint, Oaxacan Green Dent, and a very small patch of Aztec Black.

We have also grown Roy’s Calais Flint corn.

At present, we grow a Luscious hybrid sweet corn just for ourselves, friends, family, and volunteers. We sometimes have enough to sell bulk quantities on a U-Pick basis. Please inquire in early August if you’re interested.
